What are the standard Check-In and Check-Out times?
- Our standard Check-In time is 9 p.m and Check-Out time is 9 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability.

- You can easily book your stay directly through our website, by calling our helpline, or via WhatsApp. We highly recommend advance booking during the peak tourist seasons.
Do you have accommodation options for families?

What is Fun City, and who can visit?
- Fun City is our premier indoor family entertainment and arcade zone located right inside SM Plaza . It is open to both our guest house residents and the general public, offering a wide variety of arcade games and activities.
Are children allowed in Fun City without supervision?
- For safety reasons, children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while enjoying the rides and games.
