These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, accommodation, dining facilities (Desi Bites & Hunger Club), and entertainment zone (Fun City) located at SM Plaza, Mang Road, Rawalakot.
By booking a stay or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking & Check-In/Check-Out Policies
- Identification: All guests must provide valid government-issued identification (CNIC, Passport, or NICOP) at the time of check-in.
- Check-In/Out Times: Our standard Check-In time is 9 p.m and Check-Out time is 9 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Advance Payment: A full advance payment is required to confirm your room reservation, especially during peak tourist seasons.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Notice: Room cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full/partial refund.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show,” and the advance deposit will non-refundable.
- Food & Entertainment Refunds: Payments made at Desi Bites, Hunger Club, or Fun City are non-refundable once the service or food order has been processed.
3. Guest Conduct & Safety Regulations
- House Rules: We maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Any illegal activities, rowdy behavior, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are allowed in the reception and dining areas but are strictly restricted from entering guest rooms for security reasons.
- No Smoking/Pets: Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited (designated smoking areas are available).
4. Dining & Entertainment (Desi Bites, Hunger Club, Fun City)
- Food Orders: Food preparation times at Desi Bites and Hunger Club may vary based on peak hours. Please inform our staff of any food allergies before ordering.
- Fun City Safety: Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children while using the arcade games and play areas in Fun City.
- Equipment Damage: Any intentional damage to Fun City gaming machines or restaurant property will be charged directly to the responsible individual or guest.
5. Damages, Loss, and Liability
- Property Damage: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the guest house property, furniture, or electronic items during their stay.
- Valuables: Serenity Stay Guest House management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, cash, or valuables left in the rooms or vehicles parked at SM Plaza.
- Parking: Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk in our parking area.
6. Modifications to Services and Prices
- We reserve the right to change room tariffs, restaurant menu prices, and Fun City ticket rates at any time without prior notice.
